An 8-week experiment for people who don’t love running — but are willing to give it a try.

This isn’t a program for seasoned runners. It’s for the hesitant, the skeptical, and the “I’ll run if I have to” crowd. If you’ve ever wondered if running could be tolerable (or maybe even enjoyable) with the right structure and support, you’ll fit right in.
